Usage
Chemically releases hardened concrete from steel, aluminum, plastic, plywood and composition forms

Appearance
A thin amber liquid remaining fluid at sub-freezing temperatures. Can be stored indefinitely.

Application
SURFACE PREPARATION
To receive maximum benefits of FORM RELEASE SILVER, forms must be cleaned of all build-up and dirt prior to application..
METHOD
Spray direct from container in all working temperatures. Apply in thin film by sprayer for maximum protection and economy. Spread uniformly with cross spray to avoid pin holes and uncoated areas. Puddles should be wiped up with squeegee or rag prior to use of forms. Prior to coating plywood forms, apply one or two heavy brush coats to edges for waterproofing protection.
Equipment should be sprayed daily with form coating at the end of each day's use to keep concrete or plaster soft for easy removal.
Aluminum doors, windows and panels should be wiped down with form coating upon installation to prevent cement and plaster from adhering.
Light fogging of pre-stress and precast forms prior to each use will produce a clean cast with a lighter finish and fewer voids. With continuous use, forms will stay clean.
Cleanup
Sprayers and other application equipment can be cleaned with UNITEX CITRI-CLEAN.
